Ballmer said OVER 400Milions Windows8/WP8 Phones will be sold in 1 year... So From now to October 2013.
Windows 8 is another Story since many people just upgrade their Software and dont buy New Pcs.
So Probably 650m W8 and > 400M Windows8/Wp8 devices
