LOL. "Real full internet"? The iPad has a fully functioning browser. The only thing it's missing is Flash (and verrrrrry few video sites use Flash anymore and that number continues to drop by the day). Flash is no longer supported on Android devices, either.

And we should all be thanking Apple for speeding up Flash's demise by 3-4 years by pushing HTML5 and blocking Flash from iOS. It did the world a favor with that move.
