I think on a screen 720p that Surface RT does is more than enough.
But more importantly, Ipad still has the same browser issues, still no Keyboard/cover attachment and no true multitasking.
Windows RT offers the real full internet wheres IPAD 4 still only uses the mobile website stuff. Lots of videos for example dont play on an Ipad 4.
No USB is also an annoying issue.
These things matter alot more than a few better specs. Stuff that really changes what a tablet is.
