If people don't want to see if the can trick MS your way... you can just go to MS website for Win8 and download the same a Win8 PRO copy/key for $40 or order a disk to be sent to you for $70.
Also you can get a full copy (not upgrade offer) from any retailer for like $100. I'm waiting for a sale around holidays or next year and/or the first security update. Win7 works perfect for now.
