Well I just held the surface and played around with it. It is one awesome piece of hardware.
Even in it's current baby-Windows 8 form, its a very enticing device. I may actually get it now lol...
Also, I could barely get in to play with it as the lineups were massive. I think this will be a quite big product for Microsoft.
Lastly, the amount of Windows 8 apps that are on my tablet now after I put the full Windows 8 on it last night is staggering. The app store literally doubled in a day. So yeah, I may have jumped the gun with my lack of apps doom and gloom...as did many reviewers who reviewed it early.
The price and lack of X86 version doom and gloom still stands.
