Namco chooses Vita for New Tales of remake

3rd party games can sell on Nintendo consoles/handhelds, it's just that they can sell SO much more on a Sony one. That's basically the reason. Sony has no Japanese-style games that are competing with Japanese publishers. Nintendo does.
