You need to have a good pannel, good viewing angles first and foremost. At 10.6 inches and 1366x768 the ppi of the surface is higher than a 15.6 laptop running 1080p. This is a very high end device. by laptop standards, and Surface is a trying to be a laptop as much it is a tablet. |
it's more of a tie as that laptop screen is 141ppi and the Surface screen 148ppi
the smaller your display is the more important is resolution to fit similar amounts of content onto the screen while still having it clearly readable/discernable
