You don't want that. The XMB already has enough info on to be cluttered by ads.

It would just be an optional dynamic theme that would allow players to turn the PS3 on and see all the new content for the week, without having to go into the store...actually that would be counter-productive...scratch that idea.

That is what the "What's New" icon is for...
