Kinect is not comparable to the Wii Remote or Balance Board.

Still, I'm pretty sure people have been comparing Wii remotes with Kinect for some time now. Accuracy, gameplay, all that stuff.

The Balance Board even less, but anyways Kinect has its own stream of software because alot of 360 games can't be made for Kinect.
