Added the rumored 2nd CPU for Wii U that is ARM based and solely for the OS.

Interesting that Wii U's OS has its own exclusive CPU and memory. It better do some crazy ish with all that exclusive resources.

Edited for clarity.

This rumour contradicts pretty much everything I see on the  pictures of the WiiU board. I give this rumour a 0.% chance of being true (unless the bottom of the board contains _a lot_ of stuff).

Look at that board pic, can you tell me exactly why it contradicts the 2nd ARM cpu?

Where is it? Where on board are the traces of the address bus/data bus leading to this mystical CPU? Notice that ALL traces go to the large chip labeled "GPU" on the images. There are problems in themselves with the two labels (there are no bus traces visible going to the chip labeled "CPU"), but unless we get better pictures, these we have are just not good enough.

Also remember that the WiiU uses an average 40W (as per Nintendo). That is pretty low for driving a 45nm  3GHz (I'd guess the real clock rate is lower) CPU, an advanced 45nm GPU, another (?nm ?multicores) Arm CPU, 2G Ram (and supposedly there is a DSP making the sound as per rumours). The power envelope currently does not fit the list at all.
