So what you are telling us is that the countries that want a strong and successful USA want a Republican at the government, and the countries that want a weak USA want a Democrat at the government. Makes sense.

Countries that have twisted self-preservation agendas (Israel and their illegal land-grabs, the repressive oil monarchies, and Georgia who's also out for semi-legal land-grabs) that are usually in America's interest back the Republicans, while participating members of the global community favor democrats.
