That is actually quite incorrect of you to call so many countries uncivilized along the Caspian Sea which includes Russia. Not mention quite a few other countries that are not Western, but as being so should not be classified as uncivilized. Defending this statement really is just like saying I will approve of anything that a Republican says because I my belief system is aligned so strongly against liberals. This actually is the one statement that shows Romney is the most clueless of the world outside of the USA and Mexican regions.

He quite certainly did a lot. You must not have been paying attention. I would look for a transcript or youtube, but I feel know need to waste my time proving things to people that are not open minded to things that go against what they like to believe.
