Go to google and find a weight gaining calculator so you know how much calories you need to take in a day. Pay attention to your macro as well. Here is a routine and you can do this all at home with a weight bench, barbells, and dumb bells. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843 |
Actually if you want to maximize your gains you will need to hit the Gym 5 times a week and do something like this:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Lats
Wed - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Abs + Cardio
Sunday - Rest
BW exercises will give you a better physics and your body will be way more ripped. Most people at gyms get fat and muscular at the same time, that is a big mistake they are making.
