Obama. He got to talk about all of his foreign policy accomplishments from the past four years (getting bin Laden, ending the war in Iraq, getting ready to end the war in Afghanistan, etc.), and criticized Romney without coming across as too mean. Romney mostly just agreed with Obama, and when he tried to attack Obama fought him off.
