Beat em up: Kung-Fu (ARC)

Fighting: Karate Champ (ARC)

Platform: Donkey Kong (ARC)

FPS: Battlezone (ARC)

 TPS: I have no idea--this genre is so vague and amorphous that it could have been one of dozens of games depending on how you define it.

Sport: Baseball (Atari 2600)

Stealth: Infiltrator (C64)

Survival: Does Haunted House on 2600 count?

Adventure: You're treating Zelda as an adventure game, but an adventure game is usually defined as being in the style of classic Sierra games--or even something like Zork, which was all text. (Zelda is an action-adventure.) But if we go with your definition: Adventure (2600).

Role-playing: The Bard's Tale...probably. (C64)

Sandbox: Elite, which I think counts. (C64)

Strategy: I guess Archon? Maybe? (C64)

Simulation: One of the Flight Sims or Stratomatic Baseball (C64)
