In all fairness to Nihilistic, they may have only began development on the game around april when Resistance: burning skies was released.  6 months to develop a game is not alot of time lol

Of course they may have been developing the game alongside Burning Skies but Its seems like publishers are always making them work with unrealistic schedules.
