Hm, the only interesting part of the interview was when he said "hardware upscaled". I remember Reggie specifically saying at E3 2011 that they would not do that with Wii U.

I wonder if Tom Crago misspoke. He is, after all, the CEO, not one of the hands-on devs from Straight Right.

I'm going to assume that he meant to say "software upscaled". Putting the extra expense into hardware upscaling everything doesn't seem like a very 'Nintendo' thing to do.

He says that the Wii U is easy to develop for. And that is a very good thing. We heard this from other developers already and it will be secure future third party support.

That lines makes me thing of lazy developement.

Absolutely.  Whenever I hear someone say they're getting down to business, my first thought is that they're acting lazy.
