Why would Sony launch a PS4 with only 20% more power? What will I do with it? Why would I upgrade from my PS3? Why buy it when the 720 can play Battlefield 4 at 1080P/60 FPS?
Only a few percentage of gamers has the kind of internet connection needed for game streaming, maybe in 12 years it will happen.
