In truth a lot of aspects of a communistic society are good, things such as healthcare and free education are just some of the benefits that employing some communist aspects can do for a capitalistic society.

This is why higher taxes are good, they improve the standard of living for everyone.

That seems like a very large, unsupported, leap ...

If you look at the services provided by the different levels of government, the lower the level of government tends to have a far more meaningful impact on a person's standard of living and generally take in far lower taxes to provide their services. This is because the higher levels of government are more prone to allocate resources inefficiently in the attempt to create a one size fits all solution; as an example, the federal government is likely to mandate (something like) a gang prevention unit should be in all High Schools across the country even though (probably) only 1% of these schools are likely to have any significant gang activity.

The problem with thinking higher taxes are a good thing in general is that the bulk of taxes (and the bulk of tax increases over the past several generations) have been by the federal government which provides little value for the money; and the vast majority of people would be better off had the government never increased their taxes for their wasteful spending in the first place.
