Getting the 8 badges and beating the Elite 4 + the Champion, took me about the same amount of time (52 hours), because I did it from scratch, didn't import a team from Pokemon White. If I had, it could have been significantly shorter.
There's tons of side-quests, secrets and post-endgame content though. I'm still exploring all the Post-Elite 4 routes (just got to Nuvema Town) and i'm only halfway through them. I'm looking at +100 hours for getting everything done, discounting getting all the Medals, winning all PWT tournaments, finishing all Pokemon movies and so on.
A 100% complete save file on Pokemon Black 2/White 2 can easily go over 400 - 500 hours.
