Semi off topic, but the multilayered quotes is a nuisance and is something which I see as a flaw in the current forum design. Quoting someone else should discard any previous quotes and only have the post in question. While it might make it more difficult for someone new to follow some of the topic, if they are that interested they probably should read the entire thread anyway. I suppose it could have a linkback to the post allowing people to follow backwards through a conversation if they wanted.
As I've said before, I'd also like the option of turing off signatures and perhaps even avatars. It is annoying when 90% of the page is signatures.
