I am a big Nintendo fan, love their franchises, first party content and hardware. About a year ago i finally purchased a HDTV and on impulse bought a PS3 to go with it. At first i only played it in short bursts with Rage being my game of choice, my reason for not dedicating a lot of time to it was the large number of Wii games i wanted to complete before ploughing all my time into a new system. Anyways i finished the backlog of games and for the last few months ive really started to get to grips with my PS3, ive invested heavily in new games (around 25 games) and also signed in for the PS network so i can get the most out of all the multimedia functions including a subscription for Love film. It is the first Sony console ive owned, but i have to say its a superb system and i feel im really getting my moneys worth from it. Nintendo will always be my preference, but Sony will be getting my hard earned cash if i decide to get a second console next gen. p.s Uncharted is a superb franchise.
