1.) I can see someone saying there is no proof for gene causes homosexually  but to say there is no proof for environment is a false claim.

There are studies that show that if a male  animals doesn't have any females around he will start having homosexual attractions. This isn't debateable

there is 100% percent proof environment having affect on homosexually. I can give you a personal example of my dog having sex with his male children because we took the female dog away. General example, is prison  which you have straight men who never once found men attractive become attracted to men and continue too! This happens all the time its not debaitable .

It's one thing to say environment isn't the whole effect but to say there is no proof is a false statement.

2.) The older brothers example has been explained by some pyschologist/scientist as some parnets get more children some get less and less attention which has been known to cause many problems like depression  and more likely to get hooked on drugs.  There is no has actual tested from what I know. Plus there is another objection found the other day that the scientist that did the test based it on a time interval as they don't know the kid is gay until actual thinkable time period of 10-16. The problem with this that anything could happen between this time  and the birth which is why this can't be said to be genetic thing but more of a thesis. This why you can't confirm anything as multiple independent factors could have lead to the kid becoming gay. All of which couldn't be known. For example, there have been kids who have thought they were gay because of being molested and many other crazy . The data isn't strong enough to make a claim either way. Enironment(people,tv,events) can affect a child and change them forever like an animal in a wild as proven.

One can make a strong stance with enironment than genetics at the moment.

1.) Sorry, that was bad wording. I meant to say there isn't proof that it isn't 100% environmental as you said later on

2.) Exactly, I wasn't trying to say that was absolute evidence for biological factors. I realize different people would have different explanations. I was just offering something that could be a potential factor. We'll have to wait for more evidence before making any definite claims though.

I personally think it's 90% environmental and 10% biological/genetic/
