It's got a very solid first year library. These doom articles keep focussing on software when the obvious problem is that it costs too much and has proprietary memory that also costs too much. Not even Mario could save it at that price point.

The doom articles show up because VITA's numbers continue to be low and nothing Sony has done so far changed it. Maybe a price cut would help but that's not coming before this Christmas. It's basically up to these games to sell VITA for this holiday season at current price point.

That's right. In Japan, those bundles cost way more than $250.
