NDS: Pokemon White 2
Wii: Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword (along with Kirby Return to Dreamland)
PS3: Ratchet and Clank All 4 One (along with LittleBigPlanet 2 Special Edition)

Since all the other games came out in 2010 and before ;p
