That's quite a shallow post from you Jay. Wealth isn't everything, infact it's almost NOTHING. Perspectives of what is good and bad changes from person to person. There's no such thing as having a good day everyday, to have a good day, you need a bad day to compare it to. My family are a lot better off than they were 8 years ago, but I'm nowhere near as happy as I used to be.

With wealth comes food, shelter, clothing and all the other basic necessities of life (in massive abundance too). With your basic survival needs satisfied and no fear that that will never change, a person's scale of happiness should be at least halfway fulfilled (5/10). And then other things like education should really bump it up a few points imo.
