I think it's obvious that this young lady made some mistakes; possibly all stemming from the initial blackmail, possibly not, I did not know her personally.
Regardless, none of those mistakes should have led to her suicide. There seems to be a a litany of failures here whose unfortunate conclusion was the suicide of this young girl.
Whether it was her own inability to handle these things, the lack of a peer support group or the inability of her family to help her get through these things...just a sad, sad story.
