it seems that religious people are more open minded than science people as they only believe in what they see, hear, feel or smell and before that whatever it is it does not exist!

religious people, Y U so ignorant?

No, no, no... You got it all wrong.

Religious people claim to be able to explain things that we don't know, like the answer to how the world could come out of nowhere. Their answer is not backed up my science though. It is solely based on belief. The belief that God created everything.

People who trust science say that we currently don't know how the universe was created, and that it is quite possible that we will never know the answer to that question. In my opinion, that's a way better answer than taking a guess which may end up being wrong. Especially given how nothing indicates that the believers are right or that there actually is a God.

There are obviously things that we cannot see, hear, smell, touch etc. But it would be foolish to assume that something exists when there is nothing to indicate that it does. That's why God's existence is no scientific theory.

Wait... What was this thread about, again?
