I meant, charged with anything to do with the suicide or causing it. Those are unrelated to that.

And the images were distributed by her, so I'm not seeing how it could be illegal unless taking images of one's own body is also illegal. In which case that's incredibly stupid law that needs fixed.

directly causing emotional distress, isolating and blackmailing an underage girl, and persisting on as she attempts to switch schools or attemps suicide, is purely illegal (and sociopathic)
