No. Khuutra just feels there isn't much to talk about on the site currently.

Khuutra bought KOTOR for me because i kept talking shit about BioWare because the only BioWare game i ever played was Sonic Chronicles for DS, widely acknowledged as BioWare's worst. So he bought me that which, aside from Mass Effect, is regarded as BioWare's best. I just tend to have a strong love-hate relationship with KOTOR, similar to the Love-Hate relationship i had with Monster Hunter Tri, except that Tri, at least, isn't glitchy as hell.

KotOR is an awful game. I quit it after 30 minutes, because the graphics are poor, the game logic is terrible and the NPCs drown you in text that culminates in making pretty worthless decisions. My brother played through the whole thing, but admittedly he has a soft spot for bad games (and he kept laughing about how bad and easy it is).

You know, when we had the thread regarding the announcement of Sonic Chronicles here on this site, people kept saying that the Sega side will probably mess this game up. I think I was the only one to say that he is worried because Bioware is making the game (because they are a bad developer, but that obviously was and is not a popular opinion).

Heh, Khuutra and I were having an argument just now about how KOTOR doesn't mesh with what i feel is the fundamentals of game design. I complained that the game mechanics are sub-par (clunky combat, and enemies are just crawling out of the walls in the last dungeon in a way that breaks with reality) to which he replied "it isn't about mechanics," and then it just clicked... That's why i'm having so many problems with this game

Mechanics are super-fundamental.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
