I meant, charged with anything to do with the suicide or causing it. Those are unrelated to that.

And the images were distributed by her, so I'm not seeing how it could be illegal unless taking images of one's own body is also illegal. In which case that's incredibly stupid law that needs fixed.

If the underage individual took the picture (and it can be proved it was taken of their own volition) it should be a lesser charge than existing child pornography laws (where the intent of the law is to punish those who exploit children. If it's just kids being stupid, it's a different story), but still something should be done abou it.
