Maybe in principle, but I don't trust a government to implement it correctly. For example, a cyber restraining order would likely be done by requiring real names and addresses on internet sites.
Also, just because the images were supplied by her doesn't mean it's okay to just free distribute them. It's still child porn no matter if the subject was willing or not.

As crazy as that sounds, yes. Again, it's still child porn by the legal definition, no matter who distributes it. Again, it's not the intent that's taken into consideration, but rather the end result. You can't give consent under the age of 18.
