But that doesn't take away the fact that something needs to be done about it. Yes, I don't think you can make cyber bullying illegal, but there should be some kinda help for the victims provided. Maybe in principle, but I don't trust a government to implement it correctly. For example, a cyber restraining order would likely be done by requiring real names and addresses on internet sites. Also, just because the images were supplied by her doesn't mean it's okay to just free distribute them. It's still child porn no matter if the subject was willing or not. Illegal to further distribute, yes. Illegal for her to possess and distribute herself? |
