...on a more serious note: If buying a studio also means saving the studio and its employees, I'm happy all around. It's also great if Sony support the studio to create titles of higher quality, making Everyone (well, but those who don't own Sony consoles) happy.

Why would anyone not own a ps3 yet is beyond me. Online is free, console is cheap, tons of first party games to play even if u play 3rd party on other system. PS3 is a good machine even if you ONLY buy it to play 1st party games.
