'Met people who were gay and then became straight'...it might be because they were experimenting and/or their hormones were all over the place during puberty so they can go through a confusing time sexually speaking.
A lot of gays know they are gay from quite an early age desptite being surrounded by hetrosexual lifestyle and a homophobic society. Still turned out gay.
Your theory is very unscientific. In order for your theory to have any credibility you would need to carry out your experiment either by yourself or use a volunteer and publish your results.
