Yikes.
So S&P has them at BBB (two above Junk), Moody's has them at Baa2 (two above Junk) and, according to an article from December 2011, Fitch has Sony sitting at a BBB- rating, which is one level above Junk status. In a rather scary little tell, Fitch cut Sharp to BBB- at the same time, so it's a wonder how much time until Sony might hit below investment grade for them.
Not a great position to be in.
