That is not true. I fact the Vita has been has been vowed before its release and even after launch ... but then there came the problems: lackluster game line-up after launch, people realize that they must buy very expensive memory cards and felt fooled by sony, sonys big financial crisis so that many people dont have faith in sonys future, 3ds gots many new and great games. And at the moment even high anticipated Vita games ended in dumbed down versions (like Little Kings Story or Fifa).
This all cummulated in very low sales for the Vita. Sony had it all at the beginning: Good sales, good publicity, the Vita could have been a success, but Sony failed and now its to late to save the Vita.
