5400 rpm is the best for ps3, and at only $99 it's a steal! If you tight on cash just get the 720/500 gb version, 5400 rpm, with a 2.5 inch Serial ATA. I actually got mine at best buy because I needed some questions answered, but amazon has it for a bit cheaper.
