I bet the rep meant 19 times Wii powerful since the Wii U has been rumored to be around twenty Wii's duct-taped together overall.
19 times PS3 would put the Wii U so far on top of the food chain that it could run three UE4 Demo's at the same time without breaking a sweat. In a case, that's half as big as Sony's smallest model, with a power consumption of 75 watt tops and at a price point of 300 $/€.
