If it's on the disc, then it is a product you bought from them, and it is yours.


No you bought a license and clearly do not own the actual game, just rights to play it. Unless the on disc DLC is advertised as being included with your purchase you have no justification to clame ownership of it.

Sadly, this is true in the legal sense. But it's morally questionable to say the least.
