The 44-year-old pervert theory is true, though I wouldn't say he qualifies as a dwarf; he's just really short. Anyway, I saw him get arrested on Dateline NBC's "To Catch A Predator." For those of you that don't know, "To Catch a Predator" is a show that lures internet pedophiles to the authorities by using actors to bait as underaged internet messengers looking for sex. When he was confronted by Chris Hanson, Nintendopie tried to make a desperate escape which did get him far, but eventually the police caught him. It took seventeen cops to take him down, but his reign of corrupting minors ultimately ended with him face-down in handcuffs. So yeah, obviously he doesn't have access to the internet anymore.
