Have to agree with this, English fans are nothing compared to German in terms of noise, even at Anfield, which as someone pointed out is great for YNWA but can be as subdued as anywhere else later on into the game, particulalry with the muck they've had to endure in recent seasons. To be outsung by away fans is always embarrassing, no matter what's happening on the pitch. Fans seem to get noisier the further East you go: awful in Ireland, bad in England, better in Spain, better again in Germany, great in Greece and Eastern Europe (apart from the violence) and MENTAL in Turkey
