Sounds like this might help in console

dota_friendly_color_x [rgb value, range clamped from 0-1]
dota_enemy_color_x [rgb value, range clamped from 0-1]

] dota_friendly_color_x [rgb value, range clamped from 0-1]
Unknown command "dota_friendly_color_x"
SetWaterMaterial()
] dota_enemy_color_x [rgb value, range clamped from 0-1]
Unknown command "dota_enemy_color_x"

thats what happend when i typed that in the console :(

Ok, I think i've got it.

The commands actually are

dota_friendly_color_r    (etc.)

http://www.dota2wiki.com/wiki/Console_Command_List

You can tell Blue from red and green correct?

If so try this....

dota_friendly_color_g_0

dota_friendly_color_b_1.

You probably only need the second commandbut being safe here. That should turn the green ally indicators into blue indicators.  I keep looking this up when I'm at work so i don't have access to DOTA2, also i've never actually played it yet... so.
