Who won the debate? Romney or Obama?

As much as democrats complain about the electoral college it actually heavily favors them at the moment.

At best, romney MAY win the popular vote, but get crushed electoral vote wise.

I'd love to see that just to see Republicans whine about the electoral college being worthless and democrats supporting it.

There are 18 states who have gone democrat in the last 5 elections, and they have 242 electoral votes.

You need 270 to win.

While Republicans have 13 states that gurantee 102 electoral votes.   That's a huge disadvantage.

Still Republicans managed to elect Bush twice didn't they. Romney just have to win nearly everywhere but the most passionate Democrat states. Hardly impossible when the winner-takes-it-all system is still standing. 

It's a huge task... but huge may include debates heavily disfavouring one candidate like yesterday, so yeah.
