Just read the article or my last post.
Basically they have no experience with the PS3 and to get some experience they will switch to PS3 as the main platform (like Burnout) in a month or two. Also he guaranteed that the PS3 and 360 will be equal without having to "gimp" the 360 but by optimizing the PS3, read use SPUs.
