1080p 30fps or 720p 60fps?

There's more to it than just higher resolution. A higher resolution will make your image more crisp and help with jaggies, but when all other things remain constant, graphics will remain largely unchanged.

With that said, full 720p at constant 60 frames per second would be more ideal.
