I only speak two languages, Arabic and English, so I can't judge the others. For me, my favorite is Arabic.
Its grammar system is much more sophisticated, and exceptions to grammatical rules are very rare.
Vocabulary is far richer. Not to mention, many words can have dozens of different forms.
Spelling actually makes sense 99% of the time, unlike English.
