It's funny, mostly because Barack Obama Senior was an economist and actually HARSHLY negative against socialism.
Very free market type of dude from what I understand. I believe that's what got him blacklisted in fact.
A much better attack would of been how the father would of disagreed with the son on his economic policy. The father being the one with actual economic training.
Though granted he did think richer countries were screwing over poorer countries and that poorer countries would get ahead by shoving out rich countries influence.
