Exactly my thoughts. I also think Obama and Romney are both crooks who will say or do whatever is necessary to get elected. I haven't an ounce of respect for either one of them.

Anyways, I am not saying we should not vote, I am just saying it is pointless because only Obama or Romney is going to win. Why even waste your time? Do I want item A: A pile of dirt or Item B: A bigger pile of dirt? Lose/Lose situation.

Well, exactly. That being the case, what is the point in voting? To increase the number of votes so they can say "Voters are showing up in higher numbers this year"? It certainly isn't to elect someone we think would be a good President.
