The game also have the BEST environments in the franchise history I think

In the last trailer that I saw (a while ago) my biggest problem with Dante was not his looks (although I do prefer the original) but his attitude. He doesn't fit with the overconfident, loudmouth that I got to know in other games.

well I thought he is still plenty over confident and loudmouthed..it's just his speech is just so friggin bad that he just comes out as an unlikeable douche

the original dante ws a typical badass shounen-ish character to me...this one is trying too hard. I think they should have gone all out with the dark nature of the game. Either that or go with an even more light hearted humor filled approach. Right now it feels like it's kind of stuck between too core and too mainstream if that makes sense. 

I am hopeful about the game however..for me DMC was all about gameplay...story and environments were rather meh for me. I hope the new entry will do a better job at it. Bt yea like I said the environments are looking amazing so far
